Món ăn nghe có vẻ khá lạ nhưng đã được ăn rồi thì chắc chắn sẽ ghiền luôn. Ngon mà lại dễ làm nữa. Chuẩn bị cho cả nhà một bữa bún chả tôm nóng hổi, dùng trong những ngày lạnh nhé!
Tôm rửa sạch, bóc vỏ, bỏ đầu, lấy chỉ đen. Cho tôm vào tô, để trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 1 tiếng.
Tỏi bóc vỏ, băm nhỏ. Hành lá cắt khúc, để riêng phần lá và phần đầu hành trắng.
Sau khi tôm đã lạnh, cho vào tôm 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường, tỏi và đầu hành trắng băm nhỏ, trộn đều.
Trút tôm vào máy xay, xay nhuyễn rồi cho tôm vào túi nilon sạch. Dùng tay bóp nhẹ cho chả tôm được dẻo.
Làm nóng 1 chén dầu ăn trong chảo. Lấy những miếng chả tôm kích thước vừa ăn thả vào chảo, chiên vàng. Chiên 1/2 lượng chả tôm.
Nấu sôi 1,5 lít nước dùng. Nước sôi thì cho phần chả tôm còn lại vào. Cho 1 muỗng canh dầu điều, 3 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường, 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt. Nấu cho đến khi chả tôm chín thì tắt bếp.
Cho bún vào tô, xếp chả tôm chiên lên. Múc nước dùng và chả tôm nấu vào, rắc hành lá. Ăn nóng, ăn kèm rau sống.
