Cho vào nồi gồm thịt ức gà, 2 tép tỏi, gừng thái lát, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê muối hột, 2 đầu hành lá, 2 muỗng canh rượu sake, chế nước xâm xấp mặt thịt, luộc thịt gà chín lấy để nguội.
Cà chua bỏ ruột, thái nhỏ múi cau. Hành tây và dưa leo thái lát nhỏ vừa ăn. Củ cải đỏ thái lát mỏng. Thịt gà luộc sau khi nguội thì tiến hành xé nhỏ ra nhé! Dưa leo sau khi cắt đem ướp chút muối cho dịu bớt rồi rửa sạch.
Khuấy tan hỗn hợp trộn gỏi gồm: 1.5 muỗng canh mù tạt, 2 muỗng canh đường, 2 muỗng canh giấm, 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 1 muỗng cà phê dầu mè. Cho vào tô lớn gồm thịt gà, dưa leo, hành tây, cà chua, củ cải đỏ, mè đen, dội hỗn hợp sốt vừa pha vào trộn đều lên là có thể dùng.
