Ớt đỏ, ớt xanh rửa sạch, cắt bỏ hạt, rồi cắt thành miếng nhỏ vừa ăn. Hạt thông cho vào chảo, rang đến khi phần vỏ hơi ngả sang màu vàng thì cho ra dĩa để nguội.

Đun nóng chảo với chút dầu, dầu nóng vặn to lửa rồi cho bắp vào xào đến lúc gần chín thì thêm hành lá, ớt đỏ, ớt xanh, muối, đường vào đảo đều trong 30 giây. Tiếp đó cho sữa tươi vào xào đến khi sữa tươi cạn thì cho hạt thông vào đảo đều 1 phút thì tắt bếp. Trút bắp xào ra dĩa và thưởng thức kèm tương ớt.
