Đầu tiên cho nước cốt cam vào một ca lớn sau đó cho 180ml rượu Aperol, 60ml rượu vang Presecco, 60ml soda vào cùng, khuấy đều. Tiếp đó cho vỏ cam xắt sợi vào và khuấy một vài phút. Cam xắt lát mỏng. Cuối cùng chế hỗn hợp nước vào khuôn kem que, cho lát cam vào từng khuôn rồi để trong ngăn đá tủ lạnh từ 5 - 6 tiếng là có thể thưởng thức rồi đó.
